Our tale begins here, in the quiet fishing village of Easthaven One of the so-called "Ten Towns" of Icewind Dale, the tiny community is hardly a town, but rather a collection of ramshackle huts crowded together upon the icy shores of Lac Dinneshere. Here within a dimly lit tavern, a group of travelers sit huddled around a table, swapping tales and making grand plans for the future, completely unaware of the part they are to play in the events that are about to unfold.

Preface
Greetings and well met, wayfarers, travelers and adventurers alike! The Elder Scrolls V: Easthaven is a small mod that recreates a prologue area from the classic 2-D, isometric RPG: Icewind Dale and brings it into the 3-D world of Skyrim's creation engine. Explore the quiet fishing village of Easthaven located in the northernmost regions of the D&D world of Faerûn and uncover omens that tell of a sinister plot unravelling in the Spine of the World Mountains.

Gameplay & Starting the Mod

TESV: Easthaven comes complete with a new dungeon and village to explore, a plethora of unique NPC's to talk to across 8 small quests, a brand new roster of 15+ new weapons/weapon varieties to use and unique enchanted items to find. Easthaven is designed to be played with a new (level 1) character with the difficulty slider set to "Adept". In the spirit of the original Icewind Dale (where a party could be comprised of up to 6 characters), all dialogue options are kept pluralized so it is recommended  that you play with 1 or more followers at your side. You will be able to recruit a follower (follower count can be adjusted to your liking with mods) and customize your character at the beginning of the mod.

To begin the mod, do the following:

1. Make sure all required content is installed (see below)
2. Start a new game (recommended)
3. As soon as you have access to the open world of Skyrim, immediately fast travel to "Portal to Faerûn" north of Winterhold.

Requirements

1. SKSE 64
2. Fuz Ro D-oh - Silent Voice
3. moreHUD Inventory Edition*
*Not required for the mod to function. However, long item descriptions/flavor text may be near impossible to read.

4. Dialogue Interface ReShaped*
*can be substituted for a similar mod of your choice that allows for unlimited/higher character counts in dialogue options.
