Every 1H Sword in Skyrim has been set to a weapon speed of 1.275. ESL Flagged, no requirements, no scripts, no menus.

(Technical Stuff)
-Every 1H Sword in Skyrim has been set to a weapon speed of 1.275. THIS IS NOT THE SAME THING AS USING "WEAPONSPEEDMULT" IN SCRIPTS OR CONSOLE COMMANDS. It is the literal weapon speed found in the weapon records in the esp.
-Other mods have scripts, those scripts just use weaponspeedmult and have issues with archery mods and combat mods. They also are usually dependent on other mods like SkyUI to use MCM menus, or SKSE. Then SKSE updates and they don't update their mod for 2 years.
-I edited only the records found in "Weapon" using SSEEdit so it is compatible with anything that doesn't edit that, not a lot do. (and I can make easy patches)
-Many 1H Swords had missing or incorrect info like "Crit Dmg %" and "Rumble" which was also fixed
*If you already used Console Commands to change your speed you may need to set your weaponspeedmult back to 1.0

I used to always start a new game by typing "player.setav weaponspeedmult 1.275 or 1.3" and the left hand. So eventually I went through and copied all of the 1H swords from Skyrim, DG, and DB. Then copied any fixes USSEP made to them so that this would be compatible with USSEP and also not need it. It took me a while to change the records one by one, (453 swords) but it's done now. No more starting a new profile with console commands to change weapon speed. I like to start off a game with no commands or menu tweaking necessary so that when I share it with my friends and family its ready to go. They don't want to adjust things, they just want to play.
