You need to install Dynamic Armor Variants and UIExtensions, then put helmet on, open the Dynamic Armor Variants menu and chose the look of the helmet you want.
Love the details on the sword scabbard! I see the accurately tied straps, and the little bronze hook. Did you by chance, watch the Tod Culter video on sword belts?
Thanks! Indeed his brilliant video allowed me to understand the intricate composition of those belts. I've tried modeling it by just observing refs, but that wasn't ever close to being accurate.
Faster HDT SMP needs XPMSSE mod. I see there is minimal, basic and extended versions of XPMSSE mod while installing. Which version of XPMSSE mod should I install for faster HDT SMP to work?

You can use any you like. I personally use Lite version without weapon styles, they are outdated, they bloat your save and IED is much faster and deeper in configuration.
yeah same issue I had in the past, so I was avoiding anything that had physics, but this armor is good and essential for my Breton knight and beyond reach play through.
Great stuff! Although after defeating the loss knight and hag, i cant find the accompanying knife for the sword. Is it in another location or on a specific NPC?
Thanks! I've never inserted the dagger properly, but It seems I should just place it on a knight himself too. In the meantime you can use console or additemmenu to spawn it.
