If you chose the Jenassa replacer option the standalone follower won't spawn (further inside the cave), Jenassa is at the drunken huntsman as usual. Or if you use a mod that totally replaces the white river watch cave interior cell she won't be there. Use the console (~) 'Help Yvet' to find her formid XXXXX800 specific to your load order, and then 'player.placeatme XXXXX800' to spawn Yvet if you want.
The Jenassa replacer will appear in the drunken huntsman in whiterun as usual. Yvet will appear inside white river watch cave near the caged wolf. Make sure you activate the .esp plugin. Either way with default body and non-physics hair there are no hard requirements. Just her hair color may be off without racemenu. If you can't find her try opening the console (~) type: 'Help Yvet' to find her formid XXXXX800 specific to your load order, and then 'player.placeatme XXXXX800' to spawn Yvet. That will work if you activated the mod, and crash your game if you are missing something required.

I died. I had to have her. Easily endorsed!!
I love that she even has her precious!
The orc voice seemed to fit her theme. Also the vanilla Elf voice packs don't support all follower dialogue without additional mods like RDO. I'd recommend that and then it's easy to change her voice type with SSEEdit.
Or you could use the Jenassa replacer option who uses the dark elf voice.
