Cleaned both plugins and made a few minor terrain adjustments.

Added a road along the southern wall of Riften, moved some vegetation, shifted the mountain cliff a little bit and smoothed the landscape around it.
For the longest time I'd been really bothered by the lack of a proper road around Riften and the only mod that I could find — Skyrim Riften Eastern Road did it in a bit of an awkward way, so I decided to make my own and try to make the edit feel a little bit more natural.
Compatibility
I tested it on a vanilla game + Landscape and Water Fixes, I also made a patch for JK's Riften Outskirts Patch Collection if you use the LAWF patch from it. It is probably incompatible with Northern Roads unless someone else makes a patch for it themselves.
