Fixes the entrance to Shatterstone Mine in a joint patch including Enhanced Landscapes and Rigmor of Bruma

EasierRider's Dungeon Pack - Rigmor of Bruma - Enhanced Landscapes - Compatibility Patch
The problem:
Enhanced Landscapes and Rigmor of Bruma both block the entrance to Shatterstone Mine from EasierRider's Dungeon Pack.
Enhanced Landscapes adds a new rock formation, whilst Rigmor of Bruma moves a vanilla formation.
The solution:
- Change Rigmor of Bruma's mountain edit back to vanilla. As this just copies the record from Skyrim.esm, this patch does not technically require Rigmor of Bruma, and can be used as a standalone Enhanced Landscapes patch.
- Remove the overlapping rocks from Enhanced Landscapes.
Also included:
- Fixed the font bug in EasierRider's Dungeon Pack.
- Restored max height data from USSEP, which is missing in EasierRider's esp.
- Marked as esl
Compatibility/Load Order:
- Should be compatible with anything that doesn't rely on the rocks from Enhanced Landscapes.
- Doesn't conflict with ESO Imports, which is in the same location.
- Load before anything that will also adjust the edit of the vanilla mountain rock, besides Rigmor. A separate patch would be required for anything else that conflicts by changing that same record.

Note:
Due to not adding Rigmor of Bruma as a master, the plugin may register as having an ITM record. If this is the case, do not clean it and let me know - I'll make an update when I can.
