Before using a compatibility patch, make sure it supports the latest version of this mod. Using an outdated compatibility patch may cause issues.

Known compatibility list

Releases:

• Skyrim VR: Compatible. Use the compatibility patch on the download page.
  

• Survival Mode: Compatible.
• Anniversary Edition and other DLC: Use the Wintersun Anniversary Edition Patch (SSE) to integrate the new shrines into Wintersun.
  

• Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul (CACO): Compatible. Load Wintersun below CACO because CACO modifies shrine blessings and prevents you from worshipping the Divines if Wintersun is loaded above CACO.
• Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim: Compatible.
• Immersive Movement: Incompatible. It seems to break sabre cat movement so Kynareth's Emissary can't be steered. Recommended replacement: Simply Better Movement.
• Legacy of the Dragonborn (LotB): Compatible. Note that LotB modifies several books Wintersun also modifies, so you may want to use this third party patch to integrate the changes (SSE).
• Path of Sorcery: Compatible.
• Patron Gods of Skyrim: Compatible. However, why would you want two entirely separate worship mechanics?
• Realistic Needs and Diseases (RND): Compatible.
• Religion - Prayer Meditation Worship: Incompatible. Both mods modify the same content.
• Simply Knock: Compatible unless you worship Sithis. Simply Knock removes the default activation from doors, so there is no way to opt out of Call of the Void and just open the door.
• The Choice is Yours: Third party compatibility patch available (SSE). Without it, load Wintersun above The Choice Is Yours; this will give The Choice Is Yours priority and allow it to work, but you will lose a few quest related temptations and may need to find their shrines instead.
• USSEP/USLEEP: Compatible.
• Vokrii - Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim: Compatible.
• Zim's Immersive Artifacts: Compatible. Zim's Immersive Artifacts removes the ability to eat corpses from the Ring of Namira, so you (obviously) cannot gain favor this way, but Namira has several other ways to gain favor. Load Wintersun above Zim's Immersive Artifacts to give its version of the Ring precedence.
