Katara is a custom Bosmer / Wood Elf follower with vanilla scripts & vanilla "sultry female" voice. She is waiting in the Four Shields Tavern at Dragon Bridge.
There are 2 versions: Katara Follower has a high sleek pony-tail & Katara Follower Dreads has a slightly less high dread-lock pony-tail. The Dreads version is slightly taller. Sleek pony-tail version is more petite.
Required Mods: RaceMenu Apachii Hair (Full and Female versions are required at this time) The Eyes of Beauty Brows (human) Ethereal Elven Overhaul (not exactly required but strongly recommended if you want her to look anything like my screen shots)
Recommended Mods for her to look like in my screen shots: CBBE (AS Preset selected in Bodyslide 2) Fair Skin Complexion (don't worry, it will not change her skin color, but will just give her nice textures) RealVision ENB
If you have problems with neck seams, please look up guides about it. Many things can cause it, most often, by having too many texture replacers and packs that edit face & body, especially when they overwrite each other. You can also try using a tool called TexBlend Lite by Caliente here on Nexus.
