Helsmyrr is a lore friendly village located in Rift hold. The village comes complete with all your basic essentials and more refined shops, interiors and npc's. The village is fully functional but will be polished over time. 






Helsmyrr is a village located in Rift Hold which is under the jurisdiction of Laila Law-Giver, the Jarl of Riften. The town provides lumber, fur and meat as their primary trade source and has direct trade lines with Riften and Shor's Stone. The village is strongly fortified and a promising place for the Sons of Skyrim to expand their influence. The village is rumored to be cursed however though it assumed this is a ploy to stay away from the civil war.  People who have left the town claim they have seen trees rot away over night, fish going belly up by the dozens and odd howling in the night. Contrary to the claims, Helsmyrr has proven valuable to Rift hold and commerce has not yet been slowed. 

::Current Features::

Everything is subject to change over the course of time. I worked hard to keep things balanced but still be fun enough to come back to Helsmyrr. The village offers a lot of unique elements which may be refreshing for those who are tired of looking at the same old things in Skyrim. Here are the basic additions but i'll leave the rest for people to explore.

  • Inn - Most the village gathers at the Inn after 8pm.
  • Detailed Player Room for Rent in the Inn.
  • Two Refined Followers
  • Detailed Npcs with fun routines and carefully created packages.
  • Companions and Thieves guild send you to Helsmyrr on quests 
  • A prison
  • Much more... and more to come. 


::Work In Progress::

While Helsmyrr functions well, there are definitely things that require polishing and adjusting. I will definitely take notes from you guys and fix or add what I can. Here is what I have planned atm for Helsmyrr.

  • Connect the entrance roads to a main road but before I go ahead and start editing more land, I need feed back on mod conflicts if any.
  • Release of a light version for people with slower computers.
  • Better lighting.
  • More decorating.
  • Add a couple detailed quests. 
  • Add creative sign textures
  • There is one home left unfinished which I haven't decided what to do with yet.
  • Add more NPCs
  • Add more detail and functions to the Scholars Guild

::Troubleshooting::

Helsmyrr covers a lot of territory and I am hoping a lot of territory which is untouched by modders. That has yet to be seen however. If anyone has a conflict please feel free to report it here.
