    Mods Compatible with Serana Dialogue Edit (as of Version 1.01)
    Any mods that only changes Serana's appearance - Since those mods only affect her textured appearance, those mods are compatible with this mod. This applies to the weird appearance mods that change Serana's race.
    Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch - TES5Edit will scream about a slight conflict with a few dialogues. I removed those dialogues in my mod and consolidated them into one area (instead of multiple areas where only one of them really worked). Otherwise, the mods are still compatible and there is nothing to be worried about.
    Marriable Serana - TES5Edit will scream about a slight conflict with a few dialogues. Like I said before with the old version, we take slightly different approaches with fixing some dialogues, which is why there is a conflict. But there are minor conflicts that won't even break the game, let alone disrupt it. As far as I am concerned, the mods are compatible.
    Amorous Adventures - TES5Edit shows no conflict between my mod and it. It will scream about some conflicts with USLEEP, but it looks like it's a world space edit on AA's side.
    Relationship Dialogue Overhaul - Same thing with Marriable Serana, there are small overrides or conflicts, but nothing to really scream over. As far as I care, they are compatible.

    -The issue with my mod throwing errors in TES5Edit in the old edition is resolved with the redux edition. The errors would have only affected the programmer side of the mod and not the people using the mod.

    Questions that are commonly asked or said in the discussions page
    "The latest version of you mod is crashing on start-up!"
    As of Version 0.33RBeta, the mod now requires the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch. That will be the reason why.

    "Is this mod compatible with 'X' mod?"
    Please read the first sticky above as they contain the mods that are compatible with this mod. If a mod is not listed there and before you post a question asking about it, ask yourself "Will this mod, that changes Whiterun's appearance (for example), really going to affect Serana's dialogue?" Don't be afraid to ask. But at the same time, don't be stupid.

    "Hi, I obviously didn't read your sticky. Can you please make your mod compatible with a mod that is already compatible with your sticky."

    "Why don't you add stuff for the Marriable Serana mod or Why don't you pick up the slack since the guy for the Marriable Serana mod is missing (or anything related to Marriable Serana)?"
    Because Marriable Serana is NOT my mod. I just 'can't' pick up where someone left off just because their life got busy. It doesn't work like that (I have to ask for permission and all that). And since the last time I PMed the mod author and he never replied back, I have to assume that he is going to do his own thing and doesn't want to collaborate with anyone else.

    Plus, if you haven't noticed by now, I am actually not a fan of Serana being married. I know that will shock some people, but Bethesda wanted Serana to care about the player but not actually be able to marry the person. Which is why I am implementing the relationship mechanic that was abandoned by Bethesda but I will not be going beyond what they wanted to do. This mod was meant to expand Serana's dialogue and fix some of her issues.

    Therefore, I will only deal with Marriable Serana in terms of compatibility and nothing else.

    "Why don't you use audio from other games for this mod?"
    Because this violates Nexus' policy on using assets from other games. Porting is not allowed on here nor on most mod sites. There are some exceptions (in particular, assets from CD PROJEKT RED allows all assets to be used for non-commercial use), but that is in very rare cases.

    "Why don't you use audio from TV shows/movies she has been in/voiced on for this mod?"
    See above response and multiply the trouble I would get from those studios times a thousand.

    "Why not ask Laura Bailey to do extra lines for this mod?"
    Because I don't have her on speed dial? That and the chances of her actually doing it are silm to none.

    "Why not e-mail her? You never know!"
    Because I have a lot on my plate already and I want to at least have a full mod finished first before I even attempt going to this route. I will eventually go down this route, but not until I am happy with how for this mod is developed. But chances are that she will probably say no (for various reasons).

    "Well, why not pay her to do the voice over work?"
    Because of very complicated reasons, that is not an option (especially after the Skyrim Romance Mod incident). So, I am just putting my foot down on this option. All talk about the use of kickstarter or paying for her services will be ignored.

    "When is the next version coming out?"
    Check my schedule in the description page.

    "Is it safe to upgrade the mod from the Old Version to the Redux Edition?"
    Yes. There are some notes about the NULL error still existing if you do this. But again, that's on my (the programmer) end and not the user end.

    But because I am re-building the mod as I go along, the Redux edition will have some features missing that is available in the Old Version. It will be available in the Redux Edition soon, it just takes time.

    I would say Version 0.3R and above is when you can start using the Redux Edition of the mod if you are transitioning from the Old Version. At that point, most of the essential features will be added (minus the custom quest dialogue). Later versions of the Redux Edition will add the custom quest dialogue back.

    "When is this coming out for SSE?"
    It's out now.

    "When is it coming out for Xbox One?"
    It's out now.

    "This mod altered Serana's appearance!"
    No, it didn't.

    "But-"
    This is a dialogue mod... nothing more. This mod does not alter her appearance in any way (unless you count allowing Serana to be cured on the Vampire side as one). I left her appearance alone so you can use the 12,904,113.5 Serana appearance mods that exist.

    "This mod broke Chasing Echoes!"
    No, it didn't.

    "Now I KNOW you are lying!"
    And I know that you don't understand the concept of testing this mod before releasing it. I have 1,000+ test saves and I know exactly what works and doesn't work with this mod. Dawnguard is a DLC that was very rushed, with a lot of concepts being scrapped for the sake of releasing the mod earlier. Serana, herself, is a modding nightmare with some modders refusing to not go beyond altering her appearance. This is why there are VERY FEW non-texture mods for Serana out there.

    But I am also an experienced programmer and engineer so I wouldn't purposely break a questline nor would forget to test a mod before releasing. I do make mistakes from time to time, but I am not an idiot.

    "This crashed my game!"
    How? Also, no it didn't.

    "When I removed your mod from my game, the crashes stopped!!!"
    Correlation does not imply causation. Explain to me how a mod that ADDS dialogue managed to CTD your game? If that was the case then every follower mod would crashing constantly. Hate to break it to you, but you have bigger issues than some small dialogue mod.

    "Will this mod work with Spouses Enhanced?"
    After doing some testing, yes it works. As far as load order goes, you can pretty much have this mod come before or after SpousesEnhanced.esp/SpousesEnhanced_Serana.esp in the order.

    The reason I didn't put this in the compatibility list is to avoid issues since Nexus and that naughty site isn't currently on speaking terms.

    Check the forums page for ideas.

    "Why not have this mod merge with 'X' mod? I don't like that there are a lot of esps for this one person."
    Not my responsibility. If you want to merge the mods, learn to do it yourself.

    Vanilla Game Issues That I Will Work On Down the Road
    -If you sided with the vampires and you cure yourself of vampyrism during the Dawnguard questline, when you reach Chasing Echoes as a non-Vampire, Serana will fire off the Dawnguard dialogue about turning you into one or soul trapping you. This is not a bug with this mod, but the way Bethesda did not think out the ramifications of this. I will probably fix this later on in the mod, but for now assume you will stay as a vampire during the questline (if you sided with the vampires). (Will be worked on after Version 1.0 Release)

    Hey, I got this mod while I was deeply in the middle of Serana's questlines, so I guess I couldn't get the relationship points high enough. Is there any way to edit these points via console commands? Or anything not including reloading a waaaay older save file? Sorry if it has already been asked, I didn't see an answer to my question.

    Thanks for the awesome mod, it's been great so far! I saw this app thing and thought it may be an interesting thing to consider for this mod. It basically lets you match your added lines to the original game. Would help you with shutting up the people begging for you to talk to Laura.

      Hey, maybe Nexus finally disabled the ability to comment from the Forums, thus getting rid of that nasty bug that would sometimes break the "Posts" tab of a mod's page.

    I just discovered this mod and I'm enjoying it a lot and I use this alongside Serana Addon. I noticed that their are things to do and I hope that one day this will get finished, that is if it gets finished.
