If you would like to follow the development of the SSE port and participate in testing, please join my Discord server and join the "Druid's Den" role in #role-assignments. Get excited!
So today I gave the ok to pass the torch to keep the spirit of this amazing mod alive. It has been a good amount of time since I have tinkered with this mod and with Legacy V5 and the massive project that is Odyssey of the Dragonborn in full swing, I will likely never have a chance to work on this mod further. It's been an awesome ride, and I've greatly enjoyed adding my little spit and improvements upon it, but like Saerileth did and Kitty_k188 did before her, it is now time for me to pass the torch. So themayor897, who is also working closely with the Legacy and Odyssey team will be taking over and using Druid's Den as a learning experience and hopefully putting some more TLC into an eventual new release for LE and a port to SE. So welcome Mayor, the den is yours my friend.
Let's make this official: I am not currently working on this mod, and probably won't be able to in the forseeable future. The den is still very dear to my heart and always will be, but I simply do not have the time to make it everything I envisioned it to be. I will occasionally drop by to read comments on this page, but other than that I am officially on break.
In the meantime, Icecreamassassin is maintaining the mod in my absence (he introduces himself in the sticky below). He and JayShaydo will be available for questions and troubleshooting, and may even finish some of what I started.
Thank you all for your continued support and the love you have shown for this mod. It means a lot to me.
Important! When using SkyRe, PerMa or any other mod that distributes mod items to levelled lists through a SkyProc Patcher, please add " Druid Den Redux.esp" to the respective BlockList.txt files.
I'm thinking of getting the Anniv Ed / SE bundle and one of the qualifiers is whether my fav mods are available in SE (or an equivalent mod). It sounds like the SE port for Druid's Den CE wasn't completed? If so, that's a shame.
Looking for feedback on a feature of this mod. Most of the work I'm doing before the release of 4.0 and SSE Port is backend-related, but due to the way it is set up I am considering redesigning the "treasury room" and removing the display of generic weapons, so only unique items would be able to be put on display. I would replace these with generic weapon racks and plaques so you can still display whatever items you'd like. Reply with your thoughts!
I really like the way the weapons showed up on the wall but I noticed that some wouldn't show up for example the nettlebane on the unique/quest weapon wall. As well as some base game weapons I couldn't find a spot for like the hunter's bow. I know Immersive Weapons showed up on the walls but Unique Uniques didn't show up. I would like optional plaques in the throne room for the Thane Weapons Reborn mod because Riften gets 2 daggers and an extra mannequin for each hold since I use the Guard Armor Replacer mod. I'm really excited to see this mod updated because it's one of my favourite mods so thank you for picking it up. I have noticed a few other things that were bugged or small things that could have been added but I'll wait to see what you've changed first to see if those bugs are still there.
I really like the display of generic weapons, but racks and plaques will do fine. I do really hope some of the displays for uniques gets changed. The ones displayed on the walls on either side (targe of the blooded, savior's hide, wabbajack etc),. Wish those would stand out more.
I actually really like having a specific place to put your weapons, but I guess having generic plaques could also give you more options to customise the place to your liking.
Hey, would someone be able to help me find the storage container where gems are kept? I sorted mine through the sorting chest, and I can see the display in the Caverns, but I can't figure out how to access the inventory. I've looked everywhere I can think of, but I'm not sure where they are. (This isn't a huge deal, it's not like I really need to use them for anything, but I wanted to ask if anyone knew).
I think there's a bug with this, in that the armor mannequins dont show the armor that you put on them. I've tried all of them and different armors, but nothing. Despite this, weapons racks work fine.
Wrapping up soon. I’ve been focused on Odyssey of the Dragonborn and a couple other preexisting projects with the time I’ve had for modding, but I’ll set aside some time this week and hopefully finish.
The house is at the beginnig not marked. You need to complete a Quest to unlock the house and the marker on the map. This quest starts with a man named Holgrim at the Winking Skeever Inn in Solitude.
Thank you. Not sure what happened to my response. I somehow bypassed by downloading all the files and installing them in order. But I can't find the Dragon Claws storage-display. And I have searched every where. I will still go to Solitude to meet with Holgrim.

I like the idea of ??racks and plaques, it's simple and it looks good.
Also I think it means less work for you.
Thanks for the good work! I'm happy and excited for the SSE Port.
I have checked the page daily for last two weeks :D
I think it the best is to have generic displays for the generic items to be displayed

Thank you again.
Any ideas when the mod will be ported to SSE? I really love this mod and would love to use this in SSE
