Head to Haelga's Bunkhouse in Riften and look around for Lifts-Her-Tail.
You can ask her to follow you and you can even marry her (if you're brave enough).

Can I have her racemenu preset?
I can't give the exact same preset because the hair has been applied with some CK magic and there is no KS hairdos for Argonians.
The rest is a pretty vanilla Argonian face, but if you still want the hairless version let me know.

Can I ask you to make her say the things she says in the books?
Please don't.

What if I want a custom body but don't use 3BA?
Download the 3BA version.
Navigate to the folder called meshes/MAW/AwLustyArgonian
Copy in there the meshes of your custom body
(be sure to keep the same file names and replace ALL the files or you'll have some crazy stuff happen)

No, unless it's a legit bug/mistake.

It's a wig. No, you can't remove it.

Lizards don't have nipples.
That's why I didn't include any skin texture, so you can choose the more lore-accurate texture you can find.
