- WHAT YOU GET -

A couple of close relatives for Elisif the Fair, Jarl of Solitude. Non-canon, but I think they could be considered lore-friendly (I do). 

Eligor, her brother. He enjoys city life, maybe a bit too fervently, yet he is not afraid of venturing into the wild from time to time and he can be recruited as a follower. He has also spent some time at the Bards Colledge, but never graduated. 
Race: Nord
Class: Archer
Level: min.5 max.500, he levels at 0.9x ratio to the Player, +50 offset to Stamina
Perks: Light Armor, Archery, One Hand, Light Foot
Equipment: Fine clothes, a fancy Elven Dagger (he does not carry around his bow, give him a good one, he is picky)
Location: Blue Palace during the day, Winking Skeever during the night 

Lisebeth of Solitude, their mother. She allows Elisif to make her decisions and refrains from interfering with the Court, yet she is never too far away if the daughter might request some words of advice. 
Race: Nord
Class: Noblewoman
Level: static.10, she is not a follower 
Location: Blue Palace 

They are flagged [X] ESSENTIAL and [X] MARRIAGEABLE. 

No bodies or skins included, for maximum compatibility. 

IMPORTANT: if you want to maintain genetic cohesion with Elisif, I made Eligor and Lisebeth with my MW Elisif Replacer in mind.

Why no HK Torygg relatives, like a bro or a father?
To avoid possible successions inconsistencies. 

Do I need this?
Yes! 

Marrying Eligor or Lisebeth do I have some claim over Solitude's throne? 
No, pls do not interfere with the timeline of Skyrim's nobility.

Why Lisebeth does not follow?
A middle-aged noblewoman in my opinion would not venture to battlefields and dungeons with some adventurer. 

I have different opinions, not only Lisebeth should follow, but why not also Elisif?
