Juniper's Locations LE
Provides vanilla plus overhauls to some locations, and locations for certain NPCs to move into when their quests are complete. Make a difference Dovahkiin.

All mods require all DLC included with the Legendary Edition of Skyrim.

Includes LE converted Plugins for:

All files provided separately, choose which you want and which you don't in the installer.

Falkreath Sanctuary Vendor
Spoiler:
Show
A small mod that adds a cooking pot, an oven pot, a smelter, and a general merchant to the Falkreath Sanctuary.

This mod was mainly created for new characters who use an alternate start mod to begin in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. This is especially helpful if you are using Survival because the sanctuary has no cookpot or food vendor nearby otherwise!

The merchant will sell an assortment of food, spells, and other general merchandise from the base game and all the DLCs.

The cookpot and oven is located in the dining area in the fire.
The smelter is located near the anvil in the fire.

The merchant, cookpot, oven, and smelter will all be disabled during the Dark Brotherhood questline at appropriate times.

Food for Dragonsreach
Spoiler:
Show
Why are the Whiterun Jarl's tables and kitchen empty?

Proventus Avenicci comments "My lord, our provisions are running dangerously low. Our stores of meat, wine and grain are all but depleted." This scarcely explains the empty tables! Running low does not mean out completely!

This mod adds food to the tables in Dragonsreach, adds a "baking stone" oven in the kitchen fireplace.

This mod also rearranges the kitchen slightly within the original kitchen footprint, so it shouldn't cause too many issues. Out of place objects should move to their correct location once the cell resets if you've visited Dragonsreach recently.

Probably not compatible with overhauls of Dragonsreach, but overhauls should have addressed this issue anyway.

My edits are intentional. I decorated around the vanilla placement of table objects and I don't want them moved.

Frostflow Lighthouse
Spoiler:
Show
A dream turned nightmare. A sad tale, and an empty beacon.

This mod cleans out the Frostflow Lighthouse after clearing the zone and makes it into a welcoming place for a weary traveler.

This mod includes added cookpots, an oven, a food and drink vendor, and a magical items merchant.

As a bonus to the player, since you are the reason the original family was found, all new clutter is available as loot. A place to sleep is located in the cellar for the player and any followers. A horse is parked outside of the lighthouse the player can make use of if they need.

This is not a player home. All containers in the zone are respawning; it is not safe for storage. If for some reason you are storing anything in the lighthouse, you will need to remove it before adding this mod.

This can be installed any time, even if you have already cleared the lighthouse. After clearing the Frostflow Abyss, you must wait for a full cell reset (31+ game days) to see any changes if you have recently cleared the location or visited. If you cleared this location long ago, and haven't visited the area in more than 31 game days, you should see the changes right away.

Nothing in this mod will activate until you have cleared the Frostflow Abyss, so you can add it to a new game.

I've installed a button that will send you to the Frostflow Abyss entrance, if for some weird reason you didn't get your fill the first time through, you may still access the dungeon. The button is located next to where the original hole in the wall was.
  • The button should not be removed. Frostflow Abyss is a radiant enabled dungeon, so you can be sent there to do quests and need access to the zone.

This mod will conflict with any mod that alters the Frostflow Lighthouse.

A House for Anska
Spoiler:
Show
Once you complete Anska's quest in Highgate Ruins, she stands in the entrance of the ruins for the rest of the game. This mod gives her a place to live once her quest is finished.

Anska's house is located just outside of Stonehills in Hjaalmarch. She will sandbox both inside and outside her house, and in the Arcaneum at the College of Winterhold on the weekends if it's safe to go to the college.

This mod changes the following:
  • Gives Anska new armor based on level.
  • Adds a house key and a leveled dagger to Anska's inventory.
  • Assigns a few factions to Anska for her home location.
  • Provides Anska with a burial location on her farm if she dies.
This mod does not:
  • Change Anska's appearance.
  • Make Anska a follower.
  • Change anything about her quest.
  • Give the player a free reign in Anska's house once you finish her quest.

Anska is a leveled, non-unique actor in the game. She will reset and forget you ever helped her once her quest completes.

A House for Aranea
Spoiler:
Show
Aranea Ienith is a devout worshipper of Azura. So devout, she'll stand on top of a freezing mountain the entire game, even after Azura tells Aranea she needs to do her own thing once Azura's quest is complete.

She will spend her weekends tending the shrine as she said she would, but the weekdays she can be found at home, shopping, visiting the inn, or visiting the College.

If you sided with Azura during the quest, you can find a bed and a couple safe storage containers in the upstairs of Aranea's house. If you aren't Aranea's friend, you can't use her house.

Changes this mod makes:
  • Places her house just outside the town of Winterhold.
  • Adds a campfire and a cookpot to the Shrine of Azura for Aranea, and the player if you use Survival.
  • Adds AI packages to Aranea once her quest is finished.
  • Adds a key to Aranea's inventory for her house.
  • Adds a death container to Aranea's house if she happens to die at any point.
This mod does not:
  • Change Aranea's appearance.
  • Change Aranea's quest in any way.

A House for Golldir
Spoiler:
Show
Adds a house for Golldir after you complete his quest "Ancestral Worship." Golldir no longer hangs out at the tomb entrance forever. Golldir also manages to do a little cleanup outside the tomb where he hangs out.

This mod also fixes a quest script error that prevented Golldir's effects from appearing outside the tomb after you complete his quest.

The house is just down the hill from Hillgrund's Tomb, where Golldir's quest takes place.

This mod is not compatible with any mod that changes Golldir's daily activities after his quest.

A House for Illia
Spoiler:
Show
"I want to leave everything from this cursed place behind. Goodbye. And thank you." -Illia

A house for Illia after her quest is finished. She says she can't stay in the tower anymore and wants to leave it all behind, but then she stands outside of the tower at the ritual site forever after her quest. Until now.

This mod adds small cottage farm for Illia between Darklight Tower and Snow-Shod Farm. Illia will live and work around her new cottage and travel to Riften on the weekend to shop after her quest is completed.

Sure she's a dark mage, but leaving it all behind can mean many things. I chose to give her a cottage to heal after her quest.

Illia is one of my favorite NPC followers in Skyrim. She's powerful, her story is heartbreaking, and I usually recruit her to be a steward at one of my Hearthfire homes so she has a place to live. Plus, she can take out a giant on her own. After years of her faithfully being my steward, I have repaid her with a cottage of her own.

She can be a follower and will return to her cottage when dismissed, or she will be your steward and move to your Hearthfire house instead if you wish.

Illia should still move to her cottage even if you have already completed her questline previously, unless she is a steward at one of your Hearthfire homes.

This mod won't fix her bug where you can't recruit her. It only prevents it from happening. If she's broken in your game, this can be fixed by opening up the console and typing: prid 0004b22e followed by setrelationshiprank player 4 - UESP Illia

Changes to Illia:
Illia's post quest AI package has been adjusted so she will move into the cottage after her questline is finished. This adjustment also fixes her AI packages not properly activating due to an incorrect check on the quest. Illia now also has her own unique spell list and no longer uses a template for her behavior, which seemed to be causing her to not use her packages after her quest completion. This mod also adds several New AI packages to Illia so that she will have a life after she leaves the tower.

A House for Revus
Spoiler:
Show
"We get by trading odds and ends with the locals. I keep everything in my pockets, never eat or sleep, and don't use my shelter during ash storms." -Revus Sarvani probably.

This mod adds a house for Revus near Tel Mithryn where he's set up camp.

What this mod does:
  • Gives Revus a schedule.
  • Makes Revus protected always. He's essential until you buy his Nix Hound (if you use that creation), and then he's fighting dragons and reavers with his dagger, unprotected.
  • Sets Revus up with a merchant faction and container so he actually has a place to store and sell items besides his pockets. This also means you can buy items back from him you have sold.
  • Provides a house for Revus to shelter in during storms, and sleep at night. It's set up as a public area so you can go in any time to trade, use his cookpot or oven, or rob him.
  • Adds a map marker to his trading post.

What this mod does not do:
  • Change Revus' appearance, outfit, or stats.

High Hrothgar Patrol
Spoiler:
Show
Adds a patrol of three NPCs who walk the path to High Hrothgar and clear the way for Klimmek, pilgrims, and low leveled players.

Possible Conflicts:
  • Any mod that changes any of the included NPCs. This mod is tagged for Wrye Bash. Load this mod before any mod that changes of any of the NPCs I've included and rebuild your bash patch. Textures and Meshes do not conflict.
  • Use Tes5Edit to check for any conflicts.
  • Any mod that drastically alters the same locations.

Please Notice that I do not play this version of Skyrim, a user requested I port my mods to LE.
