    Heya!
I was looking into this in order to attempt to make patch for SE. When i noticed "unknown references" in ssedit?
There is a lot more of those

Unresolved references mean that it was copied from other cells, which is weird all masters required are present.
Maybe if you could post me an image of this table for compare to see what it references to?
    Spoiler:

Hello IcemanSR and thank you for your report.
The problem is only present in the alternative MCM version as the main one does not have errors of this sort.

I am truly sorry for posting the file with this error, i tested it in game and apparently it did work but i guess i forgot to check the plugin on xEdit after working on it with the CK.
I am not sure as to why this happened, either i missed a step while working on it in the CK or the CK itself deleted the masters from the main file when opening it (i used the main file as a base and that version does not have missing masters links).

Unfortunately i struggle a lot with the Creation Kit so i wasn't able to fix it through it, but thankfully xEdit is much better for handling masters and records and i fixed with that. I already uploaded the new file here on nexus, let me know if this gives still the problem.

Also, many many thanks for your detailed report with even the addition of a picture. <3 I was able to identify the problem much faster because of this and i'm not even that experienced!

A bit unrelated but spwned / brevi i think has released a new standalone version of Moonlight Tales which sort of addressed the same problem dealt here (the compatibility with Growl). However it is not based on Essentials so i guess it does more things than old MTE did.

I haven't looked extensively at it as i don't have SSE so i don't know in detail how it works, but you can find it here if you are interested.

Oh and btw, good luck on the port and feel free to contact me for anything!

Ah, that is interesting indeed. My head is deep into this as differences in SE are quite more extensive then a couple esp edits.
      Thanks

My excitement at finding this mod is unspeakable, thank you so so much.

Removes MTE's Hotkeys functionality (Power Jump, Special Howl, Revert Form) and the "Howl at the Moon" function from the MCM: the reason why i deleted this is because there was no way to disable them properly and i just wanted the skin system. If you want them back i might renable them in another version.
I would certainly be very interested in getting to keep those abilities if you do plan to give some more attention to this mod. Either way thank you for making this.

Hello there! Am very happy to see i'm not the only one who wanted to use both mods together, reading your comment made me proud :3

I apologize for removing those functionalities, it was more of a personal taste thing as i wasn't interested in them. Re-enabling them should be quite easy as i just commented the relative variable/properties and a couple functions called by them in the script. I should be able to make the alternative version, i just have to re-download the mod and open it in the CK. I'll do it when i can find a little bit of free time!

I should have done it since the beginning but you know... i was lazy and just wanted to post my first mod :D

      Hello there DuckingDucks99!
I downloaded the mod and edited the script file which handled the MCM so you should be able to use the three functions of MTE. I quickly tested it in game and looks like it works. You can find this alternative version under the name "Alternative untouched MCM", it doesn't need the main version and can be used alone.

Btw, i am not sure why my comment to your second post got deleted, but i am glad and proud you enjoyed the mod and tested it in game! Also thank you for the heads up on Werewolf Loot, i've never used it before so i had no idea about the possible interaction.
I might add that in case LOOT (the sorting mod program) places mods incorrectly you have to define a user rule so that Growl always loads after MTE, so you don't get the annoying pop up.

Thank you for making a then even tweaking this! I've tested the alternative version and there is nothing new to report! (in the no news is good news kind of way, still works exactly as advertised and the powerups are no more fiddly than they've always been with base MTE mod)

Have actually tested it it's perfect, exactly as advertised.

I installed this and growl mid playthrough on a save that already had Moonlight Essentials and a character that was already a werewolf with a customized skin applied and perks invested.
    - The perks that I had already invested in vanilla are still their in their growl equivalents (don't know if growl or this mod is responsible for that choice but the point is it works).
    - The skin I'd set up already applied with no issues.

One thing to note, anyone that was previously using Werewolf Loot together with Moonlight Tales Essentials, you're going to want to remove that as growl already covers that and is therefore a little incompatible, it doesn't break much from what I've seen but you will get this popup every time you transform. If you are getting this popup after installing this mod and Growl together, it's not because of this mod, and is easily solved by removing the redundant Werewolf loot mod.
