Yes, but not this version. It should be fully compatible except the facegen stuff. You happen to be on the wrong game page though. You pick up the AE version here or from my profile.
Put them lower in the mod list/mod order so that they overwrite it. To have the two mods combined, the mod author or someone with permission will need to upload a patch for it.
I was working with the faces of Ghorbash and Borgakh a few days ago, and thought I had finally finished editing them--until I saw this.
The difference is astonishing! I never realized how bothered I was by all of the exposed teeth until I looked at Ghorbash's before and after pictures--the same goes for Borgakh. I couldn't be more pleased.
I understand about support for LE being slower and possibly limited, but a patch for this and Aesthetic Elves would be the icing on the cake.
I'll get in touch with the author and I'll try to keep you updated. If it's any consolation, Expressive Facegen Morphs makes similar changes so you might be able to use it in the meantime.
Thank you! I'm not normally one to hope for patches, but I haven't got the first idea of how meshes--let alone tri files--work. I wasn't aware of that about Expressive Facegen Morphs. I might give that a try in the future. For now, I'm just swapping out the conflicting files and putting them back in as needed.
It's possible although highly unlikely I'll be able to get the permission to work on that mod. I'd recommend making the switch to High Poly Head or you can try using the High Poly Head patch in this mod with Dizona's as there's a small chance they might be immediately compatible.
Hey, I'm adapting this from a comment over on SE that should explain why EEO isn't currently supported. I hope it helps.
Currently, EEO is lacking support for emotions, the author left Skyrim modding a long time ago, and the Updates mod has also been hidden. I would recommend using Expressive Facegen Morphs instead of anticipating support for EEO in the near future as it introduces similar changes and is also being kept up-to-date. RaceMenu also includes a number of morphs from EEO which might help you in replicating the look.
Ok, i'll give it a try. I tried the Aesthetic Elves mod before, but it was only for females, and the characters required a whole lot of sculpting to look like before. Since EEO is open permissions, i thought it could be patched to work with your mod.
It can be done; I just don't feel confident in the idea since the community updates are down, meaning I could miss something important, and it comes with old bugs that most people have moved on from, typically through EFA.

Is it possible to make it compatible with Dizona's Body HighPoly head?
upd: Head model is broken after it, so I have to use Dizona's head with open mouth :/
