This mod will overhaul Ulfric and Tullius.
This is an updated version that fully overhauls Tullius. Yay!
There are also some changes with Ulfric's hair and face mesh.

This mod uses High Poly Heads V1.4 (off Nexus, see requirements tab for link) and ApachiiSkyHair LE (male version).
You need both as a hard requirement for this mod.
This mod needs to go at the END of your load order.
I'm using Ljoss ENB in my screenshots. So yours might not look precisely the same, but you probably already knew that.
If you get browned-out faces, please check your load order in your mod manager of choice or conflicts in SSEEdit!
