She doesn't have the skin showed in the pictures, she has the typical Dunmer features (wrinkles). I thought the mod was standalone, does it require a specific skin?
This will depend on your load order and we can't say for sure. Type and send "help nimriel" in the console menu. This will show two IDs, since there's actually already an NPC called Nilriem, try them both, one of them will be her ID.
thanks for the backport, though there seems to be a *slight* bug with the hair texture paths in the follower version - the hair/hairline textures point directly to KS hairdos. So please either add KS hairdos as requirement or fix the paths
(Can easily be fixed by changing the hair paths in the head nif to the correct ones of the mod's subfolder)

patreonI recommend you use Fair Skin Complexion , Bijin skin UNP and CBBE or Diamond Skin - CBBE and UNP Female Textures, surely one of them will satisfy your preferences.
