      use 2k-1k or 1k-512. that's what i use on rtx 3050 6gb

    So I have the regular SMIM, and DLed this, but every time I enable this, my game crashes. What am I doing wrong? (I am a total newb for mods)

      That's highly unusual. You should generate a crash log to find the cause

      @Hallodia would you like to explaine why I am a "moron" as if it is about the HDD part, HDDs are not as bad as people say as I have one and it works fine and is cheap.

      Edit: I also said HDD as they are a cheaper the SSDs most of the time

      Idk if he updated it or something but its only 3.2 gigabytes for the biggest one which is pretty expected of 4k for replacing most things in the game

    Oh hmm looks great but why the .9 version? is there still some stuff you wanted to iron out? Didn't wanna switch over just yet if its gonna be a few more downloads till its finished ya know but again it does look great from the images

    The download doesn't work, MO2 says it cannot open the file to install, and manually extracting it also causes an error.

      Tried it 2x 2 days apart. The download itself from Nexus works, but MO2 fails to be able to install it, and manually extracting it also fails with an error saying something about additional files past the zip extension or something weird like that.

      I just confirmed this on my end as well. Must have broken when I compressed it. FOMODs are delicate things.
      I will reupload a new version, but might not be able to get it up until tomorrow due to long upload times

      you may want the 2k/1k version, which is still a significant improvement over the original textures
