About this mod
Add a lesser power that enable casting any spell in water.

Usage:
1) Equip any spell on either hand.
2) Use the "Underwater Cast" power while in water.
3) Player will fire the equipped spell.
(If spells on both hands, fire the left one)
Note:
How to get:
Beside waterfall of White River nearby Whiterun.or use console player.additem XX 001000 1
Install:
SKSE required

Note:
- Dual casting isn't available.
- Twohand spell like master spell is also available.
- Flame magic is available only while having perk "Augumented Flames (2/2)"
- Requires same Magicka cost and casting time as on ground.
