Once a stagnating frozen cesspool,Winterhold is back on track!
All four ruined buildings have been restored and are now occupied.
They finally have a blacksmith!! Check out the Alchemy shoppe!
Hike up the dark tower and take in the view.
There is a modest player home with the essential appliances.
Birna continues to complain, as her brother’s still a drunk..
but now she has a respectable inventory, and some cash.
Prosperity really took off when they discovered a mine formerly lost to the ages.
It has tons of high quality ore, but is now temporarily abandoned.

In any case, just enjoy it all.
Winterhold hasn’t looked this good since “the Great Collapse”.
Compatibility with college mods should be good as the C.O.W. is mostly untouched.
Other mods that add/remove/relocate objects in the same area can conflict.
