Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice

About this mod

A No Charm + Demon Bell on "Sekiro Online" Ready Save mostly just for PvE and Co-op.. cuz it has no influence on PvP. Has all combat arts, prosthetic upgrades, and bonfires unlocked without advancing the game state to a place where areas are restricted to play to your hearts delight! :P

FYI: If you do not use a pre-made Online-ready save and just start a new game on your own (or so..), remember to press F1 in game and right arrow key x2, "Online Items" (so you are able to connect!)

*New* Double Save, one mid-game NG as well as NG+ endgame (details below) both No Charm + Demon Bell - Sekiro Online Ready. Mostly done as extra option for helping out in NG Co-op, cuz I noticed with the 'NG+ endgame PvP save' that the scaling was off the charts. Every enemy/boss dying in just one hit wasn't my idea of fun, at all.. (as you might tell from the 'No Charm + Demon Bell' :P).
Alternatively use it to experience some 'NG' PvP and see how it scales vs 'NG+ endgame' it feel rather ok-ish actually, you stand a chance for sure! :D

Some details: Attack Power: 2, Vitality: 12 (as in 2 prayer beads complete), gotten most of the base-tools and upgraded at least once so they are actually a bit useful :P. Ehm.. you do get Sakura Dance, Dragon Flash and One Mind (prolly from the mod, cuz some invader shared it.. ty! :P) next to Whirlwind, Ichimonji: Double and Nightjar Reversal (prosthetic arts skill-tree upgraded to Living Force). Grabbed and upgraded 7, for a total of 8 Gourd charges (this may diminish when joining Co-op sadly.. so before a join make use of), the Ceremonial Tanto cuz emblems are the bomb(s) (literally :D) and hard to come by while playing co-op!

The other available save (from the load-save submenu, accessible from the main-menu) is still very much a small change of Jackenzie2's 'Simple PvP Ready Save for Sekiro Online' to have No Charm (from Kuro) and Demon Bell on while playing PvP/Co-op with Lukeyui's "Sekiro Online" mod. Other then that 100% the same, additional details of everything this save file contains:
-All combat arts are unlocked.
-All prosthetics, upgrades, and gourd seeds are unlocked.
-The inventory contains at least one of every consumable item and more money/spirit emblems than you'll ever need.
-Wolf is at 20 vitality and 99 AP. 99 AP will give you a very slight advantage in fights over someone at 1, but vitality doesn't change anything.
-Every Sculptor's Idol in the game besides Flames of Hatred and Near Secret Passage is unlocked.
-The game state is still in it's first section, meaning Ashina Castle has not been invaded and you can still reach the Blazing Bull's area. Good for finding arenas.
-Every boss and miniboss up to Owl is dead.
-Guardian Ape is dead, however the Lotus of the Palace has not been picked up. Note that picking it up will immediately trigger Owl's invasion. Do this if you'd like to continue the story.
-Additionally, Fountainhead Palace idols are unlocked, so note that killing the Divine Dragon or being present while another player kills it will immediately trigger the final section. This section sucks for invasions as it cuts off most of Ashina Outskirts.
-While it is night time because I visited Fountainhead, this is just visual. The ghost spawns are still post-Genichiro.
-It's ng+2
-the snek is DEAD

Added all up it provides a nice start for anyone who wants to PvP without dealing with the rest of the game.
Mostly done for Co-op (and your own PvE while waiting... :P) cuz, (sadly) current version Charm+DB have no influence on PvP

Required mod

Lukeyui's "Sekiro: Online" Mod, read this mod-page for install-instructions "(The online items will only be visible if you have the mod working properly.)" & "feel free to join the chat-serverhttps://discord.gg/7zNSyRS"

Installation

Unpack the downloaded archive (with 7zip and/or WinRAR) and copy the file around here: C:\Users\"YourNameHere"\AppData\Roaming\Sekiro\76561198084744025\<save file here> or in some similar numbered-folder..

It should look like this (default location):
C:\Users
      ║
      ╚═══╦ "YourNameHere"
         ║
         ╚═══╦ AppData
                            ║
                    ╚═══╦ Roaming
                               ║
                       ╚═══╦ Sekiro
                                          ║
                          ╚═══╦ 76561198084744025 (or some similar numbered-folder..)
                                     ║
                                     ╚═══ <save file here>

(Roaming folder might be set to hidden by Windows standard, so make sure you have that toggled.. or just try entering the name 'Roaming' in the explorer path). Maybe the save will not work when directly copied.. but you can try

If a direct copy doesn't work, you can instead try the awesome 'Simple Sekiro Savegame Helper' by uberhalit to install correctly (make sure you have all the prerequisites it has!). Import the downloaded 'foreign' save into one of your own (think it automatically makes a backup, but can make a double backup if wanted..). If its still giving problems, start the game (but do not enter the game-world from start-menu yet!) - and then hit the checkbox for 'Patch game to load unimported foreign/modified saves' and then load the game/save (might need to do it quick or try hitting that option before you start the game at all.. there is a way just need to find out how :P ).

TIP: from Discord user ninelyoko "import note it helped me to turn OFF save cloud sync for sekiro"

(example of the Simple Savegame Helper interface, so its easier to understand what functionalities I'm referring to)

FYIIf you do not use a pre-made Online-ready save and just start a new game on your own (or so..), remember to press F1 in game and right arrow key x2, "Online Items" (so you are able to connect!)

Mods worth trying:

Spoiler:
Show
(Compatible with this mod & the above recommended mods. But you may have to pick and choose cuz they aren't ALL compatible with each other..)

Spirit of Ashina: You come for a vanilla+ light overhaul-experience.. But stay for the AMAZING long distance views.. Also check the tips on mod-combos the author recommends. (Like the awesome Ashina Incarnation opt combo)

Shadow Blink - Standalone: awesome Mist Raven enhancement, 'Shadow Blink' (and opt 'Shadow Dash' ability combo) from Elden Arts as standalone-mod. Also easily imported into other mods that already use the 'c0000.anibnd.dcx' file, by unpacking the original files of both mods with Yabber. Then copy + overwrite the 'a74.tae' file (which should contain all the Mist Raven edits) to the mod you want it in and repacking the edited file again with Yabber. Look for more extensive guide written here..

Musashi's Art: Animation replacement for basic combo-attacks. (And there is also a Sekiro Resurrection (S:R) compatible version here: Hub of Changes - Musashi Art)

Sekiro Resurrection (S:R): There's also a 'How to Install Sekiro: Resurrection (Tutorial)(helpful to understand how to install more complex mods for Sekiro in general) and if you are having additional trouble, you can get in contact for help on discord! https://discord.gg/pRz8pQAbUz

Sekiro Hotkey System use the 4.0 version if the latest is giving headaches on use! Can also be used in conjunction with Sekiro Weapon Wheel if you should choose.. To install these kind of mods with 'mod-engine dependent mods' like mine follow these steps: "chainDInput8DLLPath="\SekiroWeaponWheel.dll"" is a copy of my personal Sekiro Weapon Wheel rename and chain-load add - copy/paste this in your modengine.ini if you also rename Sekiro Weapon Wheel's dinput8.dll to SekiroWeaponWheel.dll
"Chainloading allows the game to load Mod Engine's dinput8 file, which can then load whatever file is specified in the modengine.ini file."

.:] Thank you [:.

Jackenzie2 for uploading your original save, allowing me to upload this minor tweak to it and for kicking my butt many, many, many times over while showing me 'the ropes' :P (as well as writing the awesome 'Sekiro PvP Esoteric Text')
Karat, for the help with making a screenshot ;)
And all the others for the video-footage ofc! :)
