(hey so this is just to inform the mod author i didn't mean to make this post so long based on one ignorant phrase in your mod description but i truly felt it be important ppl know the actual danger here. to me its as important as if you mod exclaimed Aids is only a little bad for you, its not just wrong its dangerous misinformation) so you can delete this after you read it i don't really care i just pray you do actually read it. i have a strong feeling that anyone with intimate knowledge of the Kinsley scale is no doubt a person who blocks more posts than what they read. You are wrong about methadone.
The kick from heroin is 4-5 days of feeling like concrete bricks are flopping onto your thighs and knees along with cold sweats, goose flesh, restless leg syndrome and and urge to shake and kick and pace. it is painful and horrible but doable.
The kick from methadone if you have been taking it for more than 6 months isn't just a nightmare it is so painful it is psychedelic in its effects. The pain is transcendent, you become utterly crippled from pure unadulterated agony not just physically but emotionally and mentally. it feels like every bone in your body is being smashed by steel trash compacting machines for the first time every time. the pain wash's over you in waves like how extacy gives pleasure rolls but inverted to be *agony*. Your skin crawls about your muscles as if it has gained sentience. You shake and convulse while screaming into a pillow as to not get cops called on you for bloody murder. There is no sleep, there is no shelter. the worst part about it all is remember when i said heroin is 4 or 5 days? methadone's kick is 4..0 days! over a month! each day the pain rises just one hair more than the last by like day 5 you just want to sleep but your brain is incapable of relaxing enough to allow sleep while in such an unnatural spell of anti homeostasis, you poor sweat out of every pour in you body your armpits literally piss water out of them you will be changing your shirt on the hour every hour. every 3 minutes you go from being broiled alive over heated to so cold you swore hypothermia could be the only end to such heat loss and it rattles back and forth like that for 40 days! you cant eat anything either because food tastes like razorblades its hard to explain but the sensation of putting food in you mouth becomes utterly revolting so you will try to just suck down a bowl of soup asap or ball a piece of bread up like pills and eat it without much mouth involvement because you do feel slightly better once you eat the first time at about day 3 mostly because you dry heavs will at least feel like satifying purges when you throw up the next time on the hour ever hour for 40 days strait. personally i became slightly delusional by about 8 days in due to lack of sleep and the psychedelic effects of such an overwhelming pain expression on the human psyche so i used a knife to carve day marks into the wall beside my bed to keep track of the time. You also s*** your pants with diaria every day some times twice a day due to the fact you intestines have opiate receptors on them and they are also going through withdrawals (fun fact otc anti diariha medication immodium is an opiate, it just has trouble passing the blood brain barrier so it gives you the constipating effects of morphine with non of the fun nods lol). i could literally write a thesis on all the avenues of anguish methadone causes(and sorta did lol) but the real thing everyone needs to know about it is the hard kick(sweating shaking vomiting hallucinating) is quite literally 10x longer than heroin the most addictive drug known to man psychologically(due to is being so similar to endomorphines that the endocrine system uses to release beta endorphin). however if we are basing addiction on the physical effects a drug does from withdrawal, then methadone is the single most addictive substance ever concieved by man. However if you are thinking "well you cant get high on it tho!" let me first say thats only true of heroin addicts who take it orally every day. i often load up a 3CC syringe with 30 mg doses of done and inject the entire thing into my fem and let me tell you it is one of the best highs one can attain on this earth, and if you have no tolerance the euphoria is something like 8x that of vicoden and about half that of percocet(oxy). Btw you still feel "slight" withdraws from methadone equal to the time you took it. So the first time i kicked it i was on the program for 2 years so afterwards when i was clean i still soaked a tshirt with armpit sweat to the point of carrying several clean shirts to work ever day for 2 years! 2 years i still had physical withdrawal symptoms i didnt get a normal cycadean sleep rythem until like 6 months went by (starting at about 3-4 hours a night after hard kicks ended and gaining an hour every month or so). From what other junkys have told me it should have only been a year max but who knows right. anyways what i am telling you is that even the supposed creator off all of reality, a literal super entity: even him in his legendary anger could only conceive of a punishment that last lasted 40 days and 40 nights for all the sins of the most inhuman crimes committed in sodom and gamora. So when you say methadone is only "slightly addictive" i can only laugh. for if this is true then meth must be a super vitamin and crack must reverse aging being so harmless they are actually good for you!
Some people say the greatest crime ever committed upon this planet was done by the Nazis in Berkenhaur-2, Auschwitz. while i agree certainly the greatest crime was committed by them, i must contest where and what. It wasn't there nor was it behind the infamous gates of dachau where only work could set you free no, rather it was in their pharmaceutical division where they were the first to synthesize methadone hydrochloride. I say this being Jewish (cohen) as well.
God himself could not conceive of a fate worse than methadone addiction. Know this.

My best friend is now on methadone due to fentanyl addiction, he was taking enough fent to kill a small group of men. Now fent is being put into a lot of other drugs, it's getting really bad. He really wants off methadone. 10$ a day plus periodic 20$ drug tests, it's expensive. 10 years, damn. :(
You right click on Rimwolrd and click Open on the file location, the mods folder is there and once you put the unzipped mod in that same folder, you enter the game and in the menu you see Mods, there you go in and activate the mod. PS: Sorry for the spelling errors, English is not my first language and I am using a translator.
I would like to report a bug. With a lot of colonists, some get stuck in social interactions (like attending a party). The only way to alleviate the problem is reverting to an old save, as even downing them won't change their current activity.
