About this mod
Hold jump and press open satchel button to toggle walking in first person. No more half holding thumbstick when you wanna walk. New version to mimic Toggle to Run + Standard FPS behavior that happens when you're in third person.

This only works in first person by design. Thanks to Corvah for posting the source to Fast Walk Outside Camp. This mod here borrows a lot of that code. Thanks also to Sewer9 author of No Honor Loss For Killing Law Animals, posted the comment that spurred me in the right direction, without these two I probably wouldn't have done this. This is my first .asi script for any Rockstar game. Ideally I had wanted it to work like third person does when Standard FPS and Toggle to Run are enabled:
Walk initially when entering first person then, after pressing the sprint button once, start to jog. On second press, sprint. Third press, back to jog.
This is the best I could come up with. I stumbled upon the solution to this, and an update will be made in the near future.
Standard FPS + Toggle to Run version is out and you can get it here if the file still stuck in limbo..
