Lets you Kill Bloodhounds and Law Horses without losing Honor.

A mod that I've been wanting for a Long time and since no one made it,I learned scripting and made it myself. This script checks if you are in Combat and Wanted, then check if there's Hounds or Horses nearby and disables Honor loss for killing them. You still lose Honor if you kill a Hound or Horse while not in Law or Bounty Hunter Pursuit.
Common Issues and How to Fix Them:
The mod is not working/How to install
Fix: Install Scripthook V2(or Alexander Blader's,but V2 is better) and put the ASI where your game is located
I'm having lag/stuttering/FPS drop
Fix: Since this is accessing the Ped Pool it may cause incompatibility and stuttering with Lenny's Simple Trainer(outdated trainer that causes lag and issues with a few mods), so to fix it delete all Files related to LST from your game folder
