    Is there a price to pay for the property? It would be nice if it had, I like doing things in an RPG style.

    Mexico Mods would be good,expecially for Missions that we coud dothere.
    Or NPCs that move there.

      I'm adding some fun stuff to do there
      the mod might be a little delayed, but i want it out asap

      NPCs that can move in mexico might never happen, as entities outside the map should technically not even be there
      I'm sure many more skilled modders have tried to make it happen

      Is it possible to modify the silent stead in new austin for residence
      especially for using the Wardrobe FeatureMaybe it will be useful

      Yea, i can modify it like i did with this one
      But adding a working Wardrobe is beyond my capabilities as it would require some scripting

      p.s. You can already sleep in the bed at The Silent Stead if you use the ZEN mod
