ISSUES WITH THE MOD

Q: My horse is invisible and I have version.dll, what happened?

A: Your version.dll is probably outdated, reinstall it and everything should work fine again.

Q: I have a pirated version of the game and mods don't work, what can I do to make them work?

A: Either find a pirated version that supports mods or buy the game. If you're from Russia, I know your situation and I'm very sorry; it's not your fault, friend.

Q: The horse in game looks different from the horse in the images, what went wrong?

A: If there are .ytd files in the folder, you have to put them in the stream folder as well. If there is no .ytd file, maybe you already have a .ytd file in stream that changes that exact texture. Try removing every .ytd file to see if the issue persists.

ISSUES WITH EDITING YMT FILES

Q: I downloaded your .ymt file editing but I can't find the mane/tail code, what code do I change?

A: My .ymt files are sorted in a specific order. If you struggle to find a part of the horse you desire to change, here's the order of the codes in my files: 1) Don't touch this, I don't even know what this is; 2) Eye code; 3) Head; 4) Body; 5) Mane; 6) Tail; 7) Feathers (if present); 8) Eyelashes.

Q: After editing a .ymt file, the horse I just edited spawns but is completely invisible. What did I do wrong?

A: You probably deleted/added a vital marker like ""* or ""* where it shouln't be or left a blank space somewhere while adding/moving codes. As a result, the horse is invisible and, if you try to interact with it, the game crashes 9/10.

Q: I want to mod but I don't know where to start, what can I do?

A: Start learning how to edit basic things using my optional files, expertiment, search. There are several guides you can consult scattered on Nexus mods and other sites and forums. I suggest you to download a Trainer (Rampage Trainer is definitely the best) to help you in the process.

Q: I like the coat you made for a certain breed but I don't like the breed and I would love to have that coat on another horse. How can I do it?

A: Download the updated version of "Basic .YMT file editing".
