Looks amazing! I'm trying to modify the coats myself, messing around with the values but how do you know which value is which? I'm struggling with that :)
Honestly I have no idea. I know that 138 is black and 5 is grey, but most of it was trial and error if I'm being honest. It took me much longer than I'd like to admit to figure out color combos that I liked lol
That's how I was doing it yesterday. There MIGHT be a better way of doing it that I'm just unaware of though. I only started messing around with things yesterday afternoon so there's still a huge learning curve I'm trying to figure out.
I think you did a great job with this Andalusian coat, the grey is so pretty and the mane is stunning. If you don't mind telling me what line of code is for the mane? I'm trying to put the online manes on my favorite storymode horses.
Edit: nvm, I figured out the code for the mane after half an hour :D
Well, idk if this helps you but you don't have to start up the game everytime to try out something new. Reloading a save seems to work too. But only to edit a file already in your stream folder. Saves me a lot of time :)
Honestly i am working on a small tutorial for this. Because it is really enjoyable to make these changes on the horses. So i think you and others might find it useful too. But can take time, of course. And sometimes the colors can act strange on certain coats.
Honestly if you are able to even make a rough guide you will be a literal saint lol. I've been reduced to finding a coat that I like the color of, finding the numerical values included, and just plugging them in and hoping for the best. I appreciate you and your work! I used a ton of your Roach mods for my Witcher 3 playthroughs =)
