Thanks for the mod, the only thing that I don't like about this mod is I have to use the temporary horses provided in the island, I have a rare temporary horse with saddle, so if I bond with the horses on Guarma, I'll lose my temp horse :(. P/s: If possible, pls add something like a Mule that won't bond, or gang horses.
Hi, I generally like your mod. My suggestions how you could improve it:
1. Use a cut scene for the travel by sea 2. Build a little resort at the destination. Use 3-4 buildings, fences, umbrellas etc. so that it looks like a real resort 3. Add some NPC's that actually stand there or even do some animations, so that the resort comes to life 4. Leave some animals at the resort to allow travel, by horse, donkey or even a wagon 5. Allow the player to buy food, drinks and use fireplaces, coffee etc.
Like this the place would come to life and would make a lot more realistic impression than it is now.
People of the outlaw, I busted a lot of the local lawmen, or militia, or whatever they are called, of the Guarma Island whilst testing this mod. My problem now is I keep getting sniped, like, instakill. And it happens everywhere on the map, as soon as I stand up from the crouched position.
I have the NoInvisibleSniper script installed, I use lots of script mods with no problem, but it seems that there is some issue when running it with Trelawny's Travel. Has anyone experienced something similar??
I'll try and restart the game, but I'm not sure it will have any impact. I am using the latest build but it is a cracked version of the game, still... no issue with lots of other scripts. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Later edit: After a quick game restart, I managed to get rid of them sorry-ass snipers. Apparently, the problem is with the NoInvisibleSnipers script, sometimes it runs and sometimes it doesn't. A lot of players confirmed this issue, but a quick game restart does the trick.
This mod is cool. So far I hunted all panthers except one, using the black arabian. The last one was on the other shoreside across the water, so I'll have to get back at it. Not sure how to get the pelts back on the main game map with me. Any solutions?
Cheers and thanks for this piece of gem, it truly is a neat mod!
Worked ok, zombies did not attack, neither did O driscolls maybe mod conflict. Then when I shot one Honor went down, no thanks. If you abandon all that and go back to St Denis the blips for them stay on the minimap cluttering it.
To get to Guarma just use Rampage teleport, and then you can set a way point anywhere on your map and teleport to waypoint. Might be good to keep this for the panther hunting and more immersive way to get to Guarma in the game than Rampage.
@ El-Drewsifer, drewdebrabandere: Thank you for this wonderful mod. Although the mod hasn't been updated in some time, still figure'd I'd ask just in case it was possible to do in the future. With that said, is it possible for this or a similar intro to be added to this mod?
Nice mod, noticed that the zombies don't do anything and once i began shooting they simply ran away and this prop changes into another prop when getting close to it:
Just tried it, got some panthers pelts and traded my 4cent half breed donkey/mule horse for the white arabian not a bad trade lol, going back with another crappy horse to get the black one lol and do some exploring just wanted to see it now gonna explore and since I need some carcass see if those turtles are willing to spare a few lol
the zombies ran but I also lost honor for shooting them can't swim, so can't swim with the turtles odriscolls were the furthest away and I had to get there on foot, plus they arent in the actual town they are just in the middle of the woods so unless I spam dead eye I get riddled with bullets due to lack of cover that was kind of all I really wanted to do there but I dont really want to do it
This is hands down the best mod for the game! I mean it's an amazing experience. I've always wanted to have more things to do in Guarma, and this mod is just the best thing that did what R* didn't. Endorsed and voted for the mod of the month mate! You the best!
