adding another program for controller support isn't great, kind of a deal breaker for me on this one. The original game has great hot air balloon controls with a controller. Does this mod use different controls? Is it not possible to just have a 'use default hot air balloon controls' option?
Also, for those of us on a laptop without a numpad, those number key controls would be terrible. :\
great mod, I got the balloon rented, but nothing happens when I approach it in Valentine. I tried hitting Y, nothing. Does the game have to be completed first?
Hello, in your description, what does this mean? That both mods cannot be loaded at the same time? "(not compatible with 'Stash That Wagon'[mod])"
***Edit*** After using both mods I see that the 'Stash That Wagon' mod also uses the X button to claim a wagon, and thus the player gets stuck inside the balloon basket
well the (x =0, y=0, z=110) coords are just to the east of Horseshoe Overlook, but my mods aren't doing anything there. Mods add 'blips' to the maps, like your horse or a saloon. 'Markers' are entered by the user and are saved in your save data. Maybe you added one by accident, or maybe you are using a downloaded save file that had them on there. Markers can be removed by highlighting it and pressing LS.
How hard would it be for you to add other locations to buy the balloon? I've been using the bank robberies mod and I have found that a hot air balloon makes a very fun and interesting getaway. Adding a balloon vendor to other towns like Saint Denis, Rhodes, and maybe even New Austin would be an awesome addition to an already great mod.
Using SgtJoe's bank robberies, the balloon despawns once you go in and start the actual mission, which I think is part of that mod, not yours. I was just hoping to be able to spawn them in a couple more locations aside from Valentine. Maybe places like Emerald Ranch / Wallace Station would be a good compromise between too far from the cities and too close to the border?

you can use antimicro to map your controller any way you like. You could use the d pad for NESW but it wouldn't be the same

i could look into adding locations once i have a proper starting command. Otherwise it would just be a different key for each location
