1) Download ScriptHookRDR2, or ScriptHookRDR2 V2, I believe V2 works best on newer versions of the game. Extract ScriptHookRDR2.dll into your game folder.
2) Download Mod Loader, extract dinput8.dll into your game folder. Alternatively: Download RDR2_Asi_Loader, extract version.dll into your game folder. Do not use both dlls, pick only one. This mod was tested and works with both.
3) Download Lenny's Mod Loader RDR, extract the contents of ModLoader folder from the pack into your game folder.
As a result you should have these files & folders in the same location as the game's .exe: lml (folder) lml.ini ModManager.Core.dll ModManager.NativeInterop.dll NLog.dll ScriptHookRDR2.dll dinput8.dll \or\ version.dll vfs.asi
4) To install any mod that requires lml: - Copy the mod folder into the lml folder that is now in your game directory. So copy the Challenges folder from this mod's archive into lml folder.
Alternatively: - To use the Mod Manager that comes with LML there is a tutorial video on Lenny's Mod Loader page.

If for some reason some of you didn't get the Legend of The East outfit, make sure to do the following:
1. DO NOT save or do any activites while the mod is running and the pop ups are still popping up. Wait until your screen is clear of them. The Pop ups will include Challenge Progressions, Money Rewards, and Equipment unlocks notifications on the top left of the screen. Be patient. 2. Wait a couple minutes after all pop ups cleared just in case there are more (The Herbalist 10 Challenge takes a while) 3. Complete the final Master Hunter Challenge and wait until The Legend of The East pop up has appeared before saving or doing anything else.
Other than that, just follow maverickheart's instructions. Install the mod after A Fisher of Man.
For everybody who is struggling with the problem of the 'Legend Of the East' outfit not unlocked, Check out your rampage trainer if the feature of it shows it's locked before you apply this mode. Only when it shows 'locked', can u apply it to get the outfit.

The full challenge list still works as of November 24, 2024. It may not be working if you have other mods that modify the challenges such as No More Grindy Challenges. All you have to do is to turn off the other mod/s.
Just to confirm. As of today, this still works using the Gambling challenges only file. And that is WITH Rampage installed. Just installed the extra files from LML, some of the files I already had for making rampage work. Ran the game. Got all the messages about the gambling challenges being completed. Saved. Shut down game, removed all the extra files (be careful not to remove your required files for Rampage if you are using that also) then restarted the game. Easy peasy. Thank GOD I don't have to do most of these STUPID gambling challenges now. These are the only ones I cheated past as they were just insufferably annoying.

I have 30+ other mods installed and this one did not break anything. I got the challenges done and then uninstalled and I kept my progress. Also the equipment in the trapper got unlocked as it should
Would it be possible to edit the file to make only singular challenges completed? For example if I had a challenge that simply wasn't popping, maybe due to a conflicting mod, would it be possible to edit the files of your mod to make that specific challenge complete?
Could anyone just confirm that this auto completes the challenges but you still need to collect the perfect pelts to create and buy the garments? I have installed and it did indeed auto complete but i stupidly thought i wouldn't need to collect all the animal pelts......Many thanks!
So I've decided to play rdr2 again and I've also used this mod before. I installed the auto challenges file, installed lml and placed the mod loader in my game directory, and then placed the challenges folder into lml. o boot the game to a beginning of chapter 2 save and nothing happens. Any ides whats going wrong?
no other mods, even deleted rampage to make sure. Just did a fresh install. only added what was needed. Started a new save, got to chapter 2. Intsalled LML, Tried the first Linked Scripthook and Scripthook v2, Disput8.dll also tried it with Version.dll, added the challeges folder to lml folder, Booted the game waited 5 minutes for anything to happen, and nothing.

Ok so its working all of a sudden after a complete pc reboot, but its now just saying 2 of 10 kill or etc for challeng 1 on all except the individual item ones. Changed Literally nothing Just Clicked override in the Mod Manager and somshow it worked
Can confirm still working as of May 4th 2025. Already completed some challenges in Chapter 2 beforehand then I add this mod in and let it complete the rest while I roam around. None of the other mods I installed had conflict this.
So i followed exactly with the instruction but i got an issue as 2 of the reinforced equipment still being unlocked, which is the Horseman Gun Belt & the Herbalist off-hand Holster. It says "Complete challenge Herbalist 1/Horseman 1" and i just couldnt figured how :( Can someone help? Many thanks
the mod is not working for me unfortunately. the only mods i have installed are perfect pelts, all weapons unlocked and rampage trainer. i uninstalled rampage and it still doesn't work.
First of all this mod is amazing, but I was wondering if you could make an alt with Survivalist unlocking too? I know I'm a cheap bastard xD I'd love to unlock all of them early in the game.
What do you mean? This isn't up to me, this mod includes Survivalist but the game have these locked until you can go fishing. It's still pretty damn early in the game though.

Stupid question, you're sure you're doing this on a save where the challenges aren't already completely right?
