For those who come here and say that this is already in the world setting, no it is not. The incubation timer is the only one you can adjust in the setting. However, after the incubation, you still need to retrieve the hatchling by pressing and holding down the 'F' button, for what feels like 5 seconds. This mod eliminates that and removes the 5 second wait time. Why can't you wait 5 seconds? Imagine mass breeding and doing this every time.
For the .pak version, you just put the pak in the LogicMods folder. The instructions are referring to extracting the zip file folder and its contained subfolders but it's easier to just put the pak directly into LogicMods instead of messing with combining file paths.
Do i have to install this pak into logicmods or into mods folder? ** ( how do i know the difference beetwen when to install one into logic mods and another into mods folder? ) **

Most Unreal games start modding with "LUA" before properly establishing modding environments, and then transition to creating Pak mods once Unreal environments are set up properly.
Pic of how i have the files / inside logicmod is the hatches file || OK im having problems making it work im dragging the file into the LogicMod folder and in game isnt working, can i get a little help ? im using windows 11, i installed the fast breeding mod without problem by dragging the 1sec folder into the paks folder but when i do the same or even into the LogicMod folder with this hatches ... in game i press F and isnt working D: what i do wrong ? 1. You should remove regular Pak mods that are not LogicMods from the 'LogicMods' folder. 2. Only place mods labeled as Blueprint LogicMods into the LogicMods folder. 3. If there are regular Pak files in the LogicMods folder, the game won't work. This is an issue with UE4SS calculations. Regular Pak files should not be placed in the Script Mods folder because they lack scripts.
i dont have any other mod in the Logic mods folder, the only one was Hatches and still doesnt work in game for me, i restarted my pc many times, even i reinstalled the game and also reinstalled the UE4SS like 4 times, i removed the fast breeding mod and tried only with UE4SS and hatches alone and still not works for me, all i do is to drag the Hatches file inside the LogicMods folder and run the game and is not working :( help.. please i really want this mod, maybe can you add me on discord and guide me ? i can show you tru my screen share and see what im doing wrong ? No, there isnt any game crash, thats not the problem, my problem is that doesnt matter how many times i install hatches mod, ISNT working in game, i still see the count of the egg going, its not instant F like should be, the mod isnt working for me i explained you
This mod removes the time for a long press of the F key. Are you referring to the hatching time? If not, there is a possibility that it is mostly an issue with UE4SS itself. Please try installing another LogicMods to see if UE4SS is working.
yeah i know the mod removes the waiting time of the F, my problem is that even after i install the mod into the LogicMods folder, when i run the game ... the F time its not removed, the mod is not working so if you are suggesting that is a EU4SS itself ... what can i do ? i restarted already like 4-5 times can you suggest me what can i do if EU4ss is the problem ?

Test works as you can see UE4SS is working even with those 3 togheter inside the LogicMods folder, so this is a problem of the hatches mod itself or ? as i replied early in my pc windows 10 is working perfectly, but in my pc Windows 11 is not working the Hatches mod doesnt matter how many times i reinstall the mod, help me :c
I checked the screenshot, it appears that the Incubator Egg Hatch Time needs to be adjusted in the world settings. This mod only alters the F long press time. Since I use a different language, I'm not sure about the exact words, but there should be settings related to Egg or hatch. Go to the world settings and try to make adjustments.
the egg incubation is at 0 in my server i dont see any other adjustment i could do, its always at 0 cuz i dont like to wait as you can see so what else could be?
It seems that eggs already placed in the incubator do not have their hatching time changed even if the world settings are modified. Please try placing eggs in another incubator to see if the hatch time is still being counted. I'm not sure why the world settings aren't being applied. This mod doesn't alter the world settings.
yes i also did that, i rebuilded the incubator and placed an egg everytime i restarted the game while reinstaling the mod over and over, thats why i came here to ask help, im literally desperated... xD almost 3 hours trying to fix this in my server damn.. and the most frustrating is that i dont even know whats the problem !
1. Change World difficulty to Normal. 2. You Change Egg Hatch World Slider Value increase and change to 0. Try moving the slider up and then back down to 0 And Setting save. (ex : egg hatch Time : 5 increase => Re 0 Change) 3. take out the egg, and put it back into the incubator.

So I have a question, I understand this mod is useful about the 5sec F hold and I love it But can we have a control about the egg timer? You see I use the glitch to duplicate the egg before it hatch and in the game option it is 0 or 1 for the setting but no in between I'd like to do something like 0.1 if you understand what I mean can we do this kind of mod or find a way to do it?
