North West - on the Imperial City Isle while celebrating Oblivion's
10th ...
It's a diverse environment with many secrets to be found and is intended
as an interesting place for new and returning players where they can
level up all skills - except speechcraft and mercantile :wink: - while
having fun with the locals ...

In this vid you see a vertical cave where you can skill up your acrobatics and jump skills, there are several in Mount Mor'Moth too but
there they are not so "player friendly" by making you fall in lava
instead of water :wink:
After this I'm showing the submerged Dimpy Chasm cave - made with glowplug's coral textures I found @
https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/46329 - in which I changed the
lighting to "external" so you see the lighting changing from day to
orange coloring sun set to a much darker "night time" ...
