Still working hard on AKE V10.7, intended as my "4th Of July" upload.
The "Despair" section in AKE's Nayada Ayleid is a hidden section consisting of 5 larger rooms - Gate Of Despair, Deep Despair, Garden Of Despair, Hall Of Despair and Outer Despair - and the intention of this section is to let explorers find the "Gate Of Despair" room from where you teleport to Nayada's Lost En'Trance where there's an entrance to the Lost Sanctum - see vid @ https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/videos/1140 -  which is a bridge between the Nayada Ayleid and AKE's "Rim" section.
Though the Lost Sanctum is hard to find, when - ever :) - you get here you can find a ring that teleports you back to this place so - from then on - this place will be easy accessible.
In this vid I start with a small "player section" in the Deep Despair, from there I go to the Garden Of Despair - WIP - and I end the vid in the Hall Of Despair which I have shown as WIP in my vid @ https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/videos/1395
