I can't play without this mod. I very much love slowly trotting along enjoying the scenery and this mod turns what was a painful crawl into a perfect pleasure.
Edit: IT conflicts with the DLC Horse Armor - and probably a third mod. Whenever I want to change armors, the game crashes. Disabling just this one mod solves the problem. All my other mods are pretty common ones (official plugins, unooficial patches) and the rest are just reskinners and remodeleres. I have also Dude, where's my horse and horse commands revamped 1.3 and I though they were the source.
They where not. With a clean new game, and just the official and unnoficial patches, this mod still crashed the game.

Just what I was looking for. The vanilla walking speed of horses is simply unusable - now I actually use it rather than always galloping.
If only you could fix the animation issue Bethesda has crippled you with, I'd give you a 10! (C'mon, you could do it!)
(For those that ask 'Why use a horse?' Try turning off Fast Travel and use the Saddle Bags mod, and a horse is priceless)
Does anybody know if walking with your horse is "more sneaky" than galloping? If so, this is an even better reason to use this mod.
