    I've installed the meshes, textures, and esp properly, yet when I load the game with the esp enabled, nothing changes! any help would be great.

    jasper101, didn't I see posting the same question on various other file comments? People have taken the time trying to explain that it doesn't get much easier that what's already described because it is complicated.
