Version 1.0
Initial Release
I originally created this as a request for Joov. This mod modifies the camera to simulate an isometric view similar to games like Diablo. Someone requested that I share it, so here it is!
Notes and Compatibility: In order to pull this off, the mod does have some quirks.
In order to modify the camera position for the 3rd person skeleton, I had to modify the 1st person skeleton. Not sure why Bethesda set it up like that, but that's how it works. As a result, 1st person view is... Weird. Particularly when looking up and down.
As a result of the above, activating objects is also wonky. To make up for this, you can activate objects from further away, which worked pretty well in fixing activating objects in 1st person.
In order to "lock" the camera in place, the mod forces the player to look down (using simulated mouse movement) so bows and target spells don't work very well. This only happens when in 3rd person view.
This is not compatible with Oblivion Reloaded's "Camera Mode" or any other mods that modify the 1st person skeleton.
This was just for fun, so if you're willing to give it a try, I hope you enjoy it!
