If you want to use ReShade together with ENB, here's some info that might help you. I haven't tried it with Oblivion, but I've done this with other games.
Like others have said, I prefer Reshades to ENB. The landscapes look gorgeous and I love how easy it is to adjust saturation, brightness, colours etc using the default Home key.
Also on an unrelated and possibly interesting note, I use TESLODGEN and set to Bloom instead of the recommended HDR on. Works great and no black masses in the distance!
I tried this with Oblivion Reloaded Lite (latest version), no additional weather mod - I like it a lot. I always prefer Reshade than ENB for my games(NV, Skyrim SE as well) for its more stable and have clean UI, easier to tweak in-game. I might tweak some minor settings later, but still, Thank you!
This is quite nice, though for my monitor I think I like it better with DPX disabled, seems to add a bit of a grey tinge to things (although it does help with highlighting scenes).
Kudos to you for posting this. Also working well with OBGE + Liquid Water found here on Nexus (not the Google Repo versions, not sure what's up with them, but they don't work out of the box).
Thanks! I agree about DPX. I've made a new preset since then for personal use, and I think I either disabled it or dialed it way back. It's nice to know it's working with your water mod, too!
Have a look at adding Smart Sharpen by Marty. A setting of around .300-.400 worked a real treat with this as well. Can be used in conjunction with other sharpening methods as they work slightly differently.
Thanks for sharing, the tone map really fixes the issue i have with the vanilla colors. Only issue i have atm is oblivion reloaded light 6.5, the water at the edges are no longer transparent, looks like vanilla water again.
Hm. It may be one of the ReShade settings. You can toggle the effects on and off, and maybe one will fix it. I think I might have had AA in there, so there's a likely culprit.
If it's not that, then it could be some of the OBL shaders being weird with ReShade. Hopefully you sort it out though!

Here's a Reddit post about it.
And here's a ReShade forum post about it.
