I made this because when taking screenshots in Shivering Isles I often skipped through all the weathers and liked the look of Mania weathers in Dementia, or wanted some rain in Mania etc. I had also just used all the SI weather IDs and noticed two of them were basically unused, so I polished them a bit, threw them all into a mixer and here we are.
I could add some fake text about how I think it doesn't make sense for the weather to be so clearly divided on such a small island, but to be honest: I just wanted all the weather everywhere because I like how it looks. That's it.
Yes, in case you notice, the ClearBlue weather from the Mania coast region was removed. It's a copy of a Tamriel weather that, imo, doesn't really fit SI.
Yes, it will work with NAO, for now. If the author of NAO ever adds SI weather, you'll have to pick.
