Here you have the Russian mod New City Leyawiin, fully translated into English, and fully voiced using ElevenLabs.
Installation: Drop the ESP and BSA into the Data folder, activate the ESP using the game launcher or your favourite mod manager.
Removal: Delete the ESP and BSA from the Data folder.

Description from the Russian release:
If you don't like Leyawiin as a bunch of walled houses, which it is in vanilla version, and if you, like me, are not satisfied with any of the existing alterations, then this plugin is probably for you.
This mod is not just a Leyawiin replacer, in fact, it is a large quest mod, which will take at least five hours to complete.
Details:
- More than 16 new quests will allow you to spend time in the city with fun and benefit.
- Completely changed, both externally and in interiors, the city, with a well thought out layout and careful study of every corner.
- Canals, bridges, fountains and parks have been created.
- The port of Leyawiin has been established in the area of the Coast Guard Station. There are pleasant surprises in store for the very attentive and meticulous. Added yacht berth.
- The Niben River is connected to the Topal Bay and a drawbridge is built across it. The player cannot control the opening of the bridge. The bridge is opened automatically every night from 23:00 to 04:00.
- Added 18 new houses.
- More than 70 new residents have appeared.
- The well-being of the majority of residents has been increased, which is reflected both in more expensive clothing and in richer decoration of the premises.
- Added 2 additional shops, a market and a book dealer.
- Those who like to have a large personal library will be pleased with 37 new books to collect.
