Here you have the Russian mod Weye Expansion, fully translated into English, including one replacement texture with writing on

To the best of my knowledge, I did not miss a single line of Russian, however if you do come across any non-English text still in this mod, please let me know
Installation: Drop the ESP and BSA into the Data folder, activate the ESP using the game launcher or your favourite mod manager
Removal: Delete the ESP and BSA from the Data folder
Description from the Russian release:
The plugin expands the settlement of Weye. Now, instead of a tavern and a lonely fisherman's house, there is a full-fledged suburb. There is a chapel, a shop, a blacksmith, a bakery, a witch's house, a couple of simple quests, as well as many hidden opportunities, not all of which are obvious. And, of course, an estate for the player, with companions living in it.
The "Lisandras Rare Books" mod is integrated into the plugin with the kind permission of Innelda, the author of this undoubtedly wonderful quest mod.
