I did as someone else said just a few comments down and put the .ini and .cfg files in my Data folder, but  I am still getting the "defaulting" error message at startup. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Does it really even matter? I imagine the default settings are what I am looking for anyways, just wondering.

OOO USERS HEADS UP: SB Weapon Drop Fix is incompatible with the last part of "Shadows in a Struggle for Power" quest in Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul. Because when you loot the sword from the body the quest doesn't get updated. But when you get it from the ground it gets updated. Therefore this quest is incompatible with SB WeaponDrop Fix because with it the sword stays as loot when the boss dies. You can just throw the sword to the ground and loot it again of course but a new player can get confused.

Heads up, the bash tags are all wrong on the mods ESPs. Especially the OOO plugin. The plugins should have no bash tags at all, so feel free to remove them all. The OOO plugin will not merge into the bashed patch with the default bash tags in the mod description.

Edit: This is now fixed by LOOT.

Is the ini actually required? I just followed instructions and copied the .esp, but I got a message evryime I start the game saying ini was missing and using default values

So when enemies die it appear that their weapon is attached to their wrist rather than in their hand. Is that normal or is a mod causing that? And if it's not normal could it be related to this mod? (I don't think it is but I'm just trying to fix it)

It's just the way the game engine works. Nothing I can do about it. But if that's your biggest problem I'd say you're doing well...

Yeah I figured that out eventually. It's just one of those things I only recently noticed but now I can't unsee it

It can be included in the bashed patch. Just make sure it loads after OOO and other OOO related patches if using that version. Using LOOT should handle this automatically.

Shadowrend didn't drop, tried multiple times with no luck. Had to add it using the console.

Check in xEdit for what mod is editing the quest after this mod.

xEdit shows that this mod is the last to edit quest SE11 and Shadowrend (blade and axe forms) via "SBdropWeaponScript". Shivering's Unofficial Patch is the only other mod editing this quest but it is much higher up in load order.

Without seeing your mod list I cant tell whats causing this, but I would look for anything that changes the game setting iDeathDropWeaponChance
