ONE OF THE BEST MODS FOR OBLIVION IN EXISTENCE !!! I LOOOOVE IT !!! Eliminates the actual need for MANY overhauls/graphics mods for IC out there... Its simply beautiful AND simple - exactly what IC needed !
CONFLICT WARNING: #1 conflicts with PlayerHouse 1.6 http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/11333/? The well-entrance part and i tried loadorders with that mod before and after your .esp's - still the same problem with the entrance.
#2 there is a random wine bottle in middle of IC market which spawns everytime you teleport or enter there. Cannot be picked or targeted, only kicked away, but it doesn't disappear.
An idea: combine all .eps's into one which applies to all districts of IC (you can leave the manual ones for each district also for whoever wants it, but ADD ONE "master" .esp to work for all IC.
This kind of basic, simple, lightweight modifications sits well with me and with my ancient, basic, simple and lightweight casio-like laptop. Thank you. I always wanted something like this but couldn't do it because I'm basic and simple, too. (As for lightweight, it's debatable...)
I only wonder if it's compatible with Let the People Drink - which adds water to the Akatosh statue. Perhaps if it's loaded after LtPD there's no conflict?
I doubt LtPD is compatible as the Plaza plugin replaces the statue altogether, worth a shot experimenting with the loadorder though. I've no clue how LtPD works though as I've never used it. Or just don't use the Plaza esp.
Eh, pity as the Plaza is one of the most drab districts in IC... Besides, LtPD makes (smaller) changes to nearly every district. A patch would be worth considering because it's one of the "core" mods for many people, especially with Imperial Waters.
This looks like a great alternative to Better Cities. More in line with the original technical limits of the game engine, and doesn't add some... Rather odd additions.
Really good job for just slapping it together lol.
Thanks. Yeah it's like swimming through syrup whenever I try to move around in Better Cities, my computer might be new but the game isn't really optimized for it hah. I'm probably gonna do some updates on it when I'm bothered, or notice something that bothers me enough after literally slapping it together lol.
I like this very much! These look like very tasteful additions to me. I also like your blue roof retextures. Blue is my favorite color.
I am about to start a new game without Better Cities and I will give this a try. I look forward to seeing all the new greenery in the Market District. Thank you very much for this!

Besides these, FIVE STARS AND THUMBS UP !
And thank you for the critique and response :)
Jokes aside, because we like greenery and flowers in our cities, so that's why I've put trees and shrubs where I enjoy them.
