It's a great light weight mod, but I found that when picking Aloe I get Worm's Head Cap instead.

I made a fix, because this bug was bugging me (lol), hope the original creator doesn't mind, I credited them and I'll happily delete my mod fix if anyone has any issues with me uploading it.

Works fine with plants from Cyrodiil, removing Harrada was not possible.

Thanks for the feedback guys :0)

And yea I figured there might already be mods that would be dealing with the same topic, personally I just like to make minor stuff like this myself ^^

I could have chosen to make a more elaborate script for this mod, with "float timers" and such, but like I think I mentioned, I really wanted to keep it as lightweight as possible without having too many active scripts running in the background and though float timers might not have an insane high impact on the memory usage, the engines of this game is still very flimsy and even more so the more mods and features you have installed and weighing the impact of a simple "disable" vs. "float timer" I decided to go for the one I think is the lighter option.

Basically imagine having a small area with 20+ plants, harvesting all of them will with "disable" add a one time instant script effect that will leave a minute permanent memory use and at the same time lighten the clutter amount of the cell /worldspace you are in, harvesting them with a "float time" triggering, will leave you with 20+ running timers in the background until it resets.

I'm not saying one way is better than the other and "Harvest Flora" is definitely more immersive than mine and it is cool to be able to have the plants reappear over time, but I wanted something more simple for my own game, which is why I went for the permanent "disable" instead ^^

The mod PvtPirate is talking about is Harvest Flora, which can be found here http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/2037/?

Have you tried it? It's one of the mods I consider indispensable.

Having harvested plants disappear forever is a little too hardcore for me, but kudos on the mod none the less.

thanks, that's the mod which i meant. i realize that my text was written a little bit confusing to be honest. i know the geck is complicated to work with and coding for this engine can be a real hazzle, so taking one's time and writing a solution for this problem and debugging etc has to be rewarded by the community.

i see why you made this mod, but for not having them be removed forever, but still see they are harvested, there is a mod which replaces the mesh of the plant when it's harvested. that way, you can see if a plant is harvested and it can still grow back.
i know you put a lot of work into this and i hope you keep making mods to enhance the game.
