      Expands IC interior and exterior adding buildings and NPCs. You need RUS and ENG versions installed but only activate the english ESP. You can/must install versions I & II together to expand all Cyrodiil cities.

   You can now get an English translation of this mod here. You still need to download the original Russian version for the resource files!

   I've got this mod long ago from one of the Russians sides (AnvilBay or TesAll) and it looks gorgeous, problem that is the Russian language only which kills the immersion, anyone willing to do the translating?
