Nice town, smartly put together and very natural feeling. Except for the fact that so much is available for free. But if you're bothered by that you can just use some self-control and not use the player home right away.
Cleaning the ownership issues for the player chests and interior door was quick. I wasn't able to fix the ownership for the entrance door exterior but it doesn't seem to cause problems (possibly because ownership is set when the key is first used? I'm just guessing, I'm an editing newbie).
There is a spawn point added by Shivering Isles Raiders just outside the town, not quite on the way to the hilltop inn. I imagine the guards and inhabitants should be... mostly able to handle it. It would make sense for the raiders to attack the town anyway so this isn't necessarily a problem.
minor bugs aside (ownership of two chests and one door in your house; too many freebies in other buildings), this is an excellent little town and a pretty good house to live in.
Definitely an Antiscamp town. Call it style or whatever, it has the same neat atmosphere about it like Dibella's Watch.
Only one question ... is there a patch for UL Silverfish River without ImperReal Forts? If I use it as it is, I have either floating trees (Eastbrink loaded after UL) or land tears (Eastbrink loaded before UL). No other mods in this area.
