   The effect is implemented via script, and as far as I know, there's no way to apply scripts to items in-game. You can do it fairly easily in the constuction set though. Just edit the mod to apply the script to any weapon you want.

   is there a way to make this an enchantment you can put on any bow? cause that would be awesome.
