Although I may not be downloading this mod due to having several other mods which change weapon damage, I do believe that the amount of potions leveling as your alchemy goes up is quite the smart idea.
Yes, as it changes the modifier applied for Strength and the relevant Skill, it will increase the damage of ALL weapons. You may also see this in the screenshot; my character (almost) only has mod-added weapons, and their damage is very high.
