I made this mod in order to enhance the way Oblivion plays out without any drastical changes.
What this mod does -It increases the Strength and Skill modifiers for weapon damage considerably; as a result, all weapons (wielded by either you or enemy NPCs) will do notably more damage. -To compensate for this, creatures' damage has been increased as well. -Fixes the anomaly in the leveled list for alchemy apparati in vendors' lists (i.e. originally it is impossible to buy Master level apparati). -Increases the effectiveness of all alchemical equipments. -As you reach higher levels (stages) in Alchemy, you can drink ever more potions. At Noice level, you may be under the effect of maximum 3 potions; as an Apprentice and Journeyman, this increases to the standard 4 effects, and as an Expert or Master, it is 5.
I know that is not much; I didn't want to create something ground-shaking, but I wanted to enhance Oblivion's gameplay. If you have questions/suggestions/anything to tell me, either PM me, write me an e-mail or leave a comment for this file.
