Adds a playable race, the Terimer (Freckled Elves). Adds a CM Partners companion, Terise. Supports BAB, HGEC Normal, and TeamFF body replacers.

Terimer Race/CM Partners Terise Companion Mod

Description:
This mod does two things. First of all, it adds a new playable race, the Terimer or Freckled Elves.
Second of all, it adds an NPC named Terise who can be added as a companion. She can be found in the Elven Gardens district of the Imperial City. If you fast travel there, look down the sidewalk to the right...you will find her,
and close to her on the ground you will find a sack containing the Light and Heavy Armors of Gaia so you may equip her
as you choose.
A future version of this mod may also add the Sinblood Widow dress to the sack, but a black screen bug
was occurring when the gloves were equipped on the TeamFF body, and no workaround is available at this moment.
Body textures are freckled as well, but hairless to permit personalization as desired, for all three body types (BAB, HGEC, TFF). There is also an older version of the CapsAdmin LordSegomo Freckles texture for the face if you wish to use that instead. Changes to the eyelash texture will require downloading that mod.
Requirements:
Custom Race fix or UOP
Latest Oblivion patch (Shivering Isles optional)
Latest version of Construction Set (if you wish to customize)
And one of the following:
BABFINALUPDATED or
HGEC E Cup Normal or
TeamFF Beta 0.51b
Installing:
unpack the file to a temporary location.
Copy the contents of the Data folder to your Oblivion data folder.
Then copy the contents of the folder (inside the Extras folder) for your body model to your Oblivion data folder as well.
It is ok to overwrite files if prompted.
The new hairs, eyes, and so on for the Terimer race should not conflict with any files or mods you have installed.
Start your game, making sure that CM Partners.esm, CM Partners.esp, and Terimer.esp are checked.
Desinstalling:
Throw away your computer and buy a new one. Seriously, it was old anyway,
and you were searching for the perfect excuse...okay, maybe not.
Uncheck the esp, and delete the files and folders added by the mod that were described above.
Play and enjoy!
